Style Pic: J. Lee in “Livin in Linen…”
May 8, 2011
Graduations, Weddings, and other summer socials will be in full bloom come the end of this month. Extending through humid June and July –peak heats from 10:00am to 2:00pm– and muggy August evenings. The type of fabric essential to climate’s dissonance… linen. The utility of linen is found in the textiles strength, but a discrepancy in style from wool gives it a manageable, cool appeal.
Three tips with linen:
1. Buy a Linen Suit: it is timeless, understated, and comfortable. Each piece can be used separately or together.
2. Avoid Loose Linen: If linen is too loose it looks sloppy. Loose linen pants look like pajamas, never an appeasing look…
3. Keep Linen Singular: The outfit should only have one linen piece (expect suits). A linen shirt, linen tie, linen shirt, and linen pants… makes you look like an over eager marketer for Linen ‘n Things.
Where to buy: Brooks Brothers, J. Crew, and Banana Republic. Outfit pieces details: Check if out on lookbook.

Dear Princess Celestia, and by that I do mean Dear Mr. Lee, I just want to say that you are not suitable for a male model. I am sorry to say this, especially after making of Ogburn so much, but after finally finding your website, I feel the need to make fun of you, much like Ogburn did.
Your faithful student, A. W.
