About: Preplee.com
Preplee’s real name is Joseph Lee, and he has enjoyed fashion and men’s lifestyle since high school. Adorning ties and wing tips prior to varsity basketball games when it was not even remotely necessary, his penchants for fashion was only enhanced by the surrounding environment of palsy, herringbone, and seersucker of the arboreal setting of his alma mater, Wheaton College. Mind you, his style would be overtly considered preppy, but due to his eclectic interests his style is inspired by basketball, surf culture and the gritty atmosphere NYC offers. He is considered to be like an English Gentleman, with the modernization of J. Crew, the swagger of a three-point sharp shooter, and a searcher of a soul surfer.
Preplee, resides in New York City where he works as a coordinator within the research department of one of NYC’s finest reproductive medical centers. In his spare time he is an avid photographer, writer, sportsman and social purveyor in NYC.
Preplee’s partner in “couture” is Aimee Couture. Having a surname that is synonymous with the fashion world, Aimee has always had an in vogue flair. Her style is classic and chic with a preppy twist reminiscent of her upbringing in a small town nestled in the rolling hills of Litchfield County, Connecticut and her college years spent in polos and pearls at Wheaton College in Massachusetts.
Aimee now resides on the Upper West Side of New York City and works in print and digital marketing for a luxury magazine where she is known for her vast shoe collection.

Looks like you’re off to a great start – I really like how you point out that confidence is so much more important than any label.
You have to be able to wear your clothing, not have it wear you.
Look people in the eye – say hello to your fellow man because you respect him and his journey through life and smile at every woman because they make life worth living.
Best of luck sir!

Cheers, Mr. Centeno. You conception of this site is right on!!!
love the blog, keep up the good work
I believe that a gentleman never wears a bow tie with bermuda shorts, and in Bermuda it is correct to wear knee sox and loafers to any occasion where men would normally wear a jacket and tie.
It’s much easier to uendstrand when you put it that way!
I’m glad to see the site is up and running again. I love the photos. They are stylish and professional. Couture is a nice addition for us ladies.
